Details of your enquiry — the work you need, photographs you send us, and our correspondence about it.
Job records — quotations, invoices, payment records and warranty details.
Website preferences — a small cookie that remembers whether you chose English or Arabic.

3. How we collect it

Almost all of it comes directly from you: through the forms on this website, on WhatsApp, by phone, by email, or in person during a site visit. The forms on this site do not store anything on our server — they open WhatsApp with your details so you can review the message before you send it.

4. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
To arrange and carry out appointments and work.
To invoice you and keep proper accounting records.
To handle warranty claims and follow-up service.
To meet our legal and tax obligations in the UAE.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only where it is needed to do the work or where the law requires:

Suppliers, where a part or material has to be ordered for your job.
Building management or owners associations, where they require the details of contractors working on site.
Our accountants, auditors or insurers.
Government authorities, where we are legally obliged to provide it.

6. WhatsApp and third-party services

When you contact us through WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, not ours. The same applies to your phone provider and your email provider. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for those font files.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for serving you, and job records — quotations, invoices and warranty details — for as long as UAE accounting and tax rules require. After that we delete or archive them.

8. Keeping it safe

We limit access to customer information to the people who need it to do their job, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

10. Cookies

This website sets one cookie, named kgt_lang, which stores nothing more than your choice of English or Arabic so the site opens in the right language next time. It expires after one year and you can delete it in your browser at any time. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.
