Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every quotation we issue and every job we carry out, unless we have signed a separate written contract with you.

Last updated: 21 July 2026

1. Who we are

Krishna Gurung Technical Services LLC is a technical services company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its office at 1st Floor, Al Masraf Bank, Al Quoz 1, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company, and "you" refers to the customer requesting or receiving work.

2. Quotations

We normally inspect the site before quoting. Any figure given before an inspection — by phone, WhatsApp or email — is an indicative estimate only and is not binding on either of us.

  • A written quotation is valid for 30 days from its date unless it says otherwise.
  • The quotation covers only the scope of work described in it. Anything not listed is not included.
  • Prices assume normal access to the site during our stated working hours and a working supply of water and electricity.
  • Where materials are supplied by us, the quoted price is based on prices available at the date of the quotation.

3. Appointments and site visits

An appointment requested through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. It becomes a booking only once we confirm the date and time with you directly.

  • Please give us at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • If our technician arrives and cannot access the site, we may charge a call-out fee for the wasted visit.

4. Accepting a quotation

Work begins only after you accept the quotation in writing — a WhatsApp message, email or signature all count. Acceptance means you agree to the scope, the price and these terms.

5. Variations and additional work

If, once work has started, we find conditions that were not visible during the inspection — for example concealed leaks, unsafe wiring, damp or structural problems — we will stop, tell you, and price the additional work separately.

  • No additional work is carried out without your approval.
  • Approved variations are added to the final invoice.
  • Changes you request after acceptance may affect both the price and the completion date.

6. Payment

  • For larger jobs we may ask for an advance payment before starting, as stated in the quotation.
  • The balance is payable on completion unless we have agreed different terms in writing.
  • We accept cash and bank transfer. Cheques are accepted at our discretion.
  • Materials and equipment we supply remain our property until they are paid for in full.
  • We may suspend work on overdue accounts after giving you notice.

7. Timing

We give completion dates in good faith and work hard to meet them. They are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by matters outside our control — building management approvals, access restrictions, late material deliveries, utility outages or weather — may move the completion date. We will keep you informed if that happens.

8. Workmanship warranty

We warrant our workmanship against defects for the period stated in your quotation or invoice. If no period is stated, the warranty is 90 days from completion.

  • Manufactured goods, fittings and appliances carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which we pass on to you.
  • The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, alterations made by others, or work carried out on parts of the property outside our scope.
  • To make a claim, contact us with a description and photographs of the defect. We will inspect and, where the claim is valid, put it right at no charge.

9. Your responsibilities

  • Provide safe access to the site at the agreed times.
  • Obtain any approval required from your landlord, building management or owners association before work starts.
  • Move or protect valuables and fragile items from the working area.
  • Tell us about anything hidden that we should know about — concealed pipes, cables or previous repairs.

10. Liability

We are responsible for damage caused directly by our negligence while carrying out your work, and we hold insurance for that purpose. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of income, loss of use, or the cost of alternative accommodation. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

11. Cancellation

You may cancel accepted work by telling us in writing. If we have already ordered materials, carried out part of the work or incurred other costs, we will invoice you for what has been done and for any materials that cannot be returned.

12. Complaints

If you are not satisfied, tell us before you tell anyone else — most problems are quickly fixed. Contact us on +971 55 112 0860 or krigurung@yahoo.co.in and we will respond as soon as we can.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
